Deep red hue with purple edges,aromas of violets, spice and red fruits. Plump ripe flavours dark fruits, olive spice, wild herbs,gentle finish, plump and very delicious.
- Grapes are destemmed and crushed into a variety of fermenters. Each parcel is treated separately and fermented for up to two weeks on skins prior to pressing and racking.Approximately half of the blend is matured for 5 months in French oak casks, with the remainder staying in tank for freshness and brightness.
