Deep crimson with purple hues. Intense spice and pepper on the nose combine with rich berry aromas. Rich fruit flavours of black cherries combine with firm tannins to provide a full-bodied style with great length on the palate. A well-balanced wine, consistent with hallmark Hunter Valley Shiraz.

Careful cellaring will see this wine develop beautifully over the next 10 - 15 years.

Enjoy alongside chermoula rib-eye roast with crispy chats and broccolini.
