This is classy Chardonnay. It's tight, mineral and lean yet, bright, vibrant, powerful, complex and long. It's only just released no there's no reviews but, if this doesn't score 96 and above, we'll out our hats. This is seriously good Aussie Chardonnay!
- Fighting Gully Road Chardonnay features a pale yellow colour with dark green highlights. This enticing Chardonnay exudes juicy aromas of white flowers and white stonefruit from its attractive bouquet, coupled with underlying hints of spicy oak. These fragrances are supported by soft oak notes that give way to a textural and medium-bodied palate, ending in a long and persistent finale. Pair this wonderful white wine with pastas, seafood and light meat dishes.
