Its bright luminous green, with an aromatic nose of floral blossom and citrus rind leading into a delicious palate that is crisp and fresh. Traditional characters of lime & lemon rind dominate, but with reflections of gooseberry and wet slate tying it all together. A really delicious drink, that we are proud to have in our line-up.

An amazing wine drinking now, but definitely leave it in the cellar if you can for 7+ years.

This wine pairs well with pork, goats cheese, rich fish, shellfish, chilli crab, mess & all.
