Interesting on the nose, beautiful colour. Earthy and minerals stand out interesting for a new world wine with smells of plum, black pepper and oak, plums and blueberries, pepper and oak stand out well overall a nice Shiraz, quite acidic too with a nice body.

This wine goes well with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
