Silvery green in colour. The bouquet is of freshly cut pear and red apples; a dash of paprika spice with saline notes. Skin contact during fermentation has lent textural elements and complexity to the generous and assertive Nashi pear flavours, that are neatly framed by the wines phenolic structure and refreshing acidity.

Try this with Caprese salad or honey-soy glazed salmon with bok choy.
