Clean, crisp, fresh and vibrant. This is zippy, interesting Pinot Grigio not one the boring, flabby, uninteresting ones floating around.

Gorgeously aromatic ( think blossom, lemon grass, corella pears). On the palate, quite ripe flavours of honeyed spiced pear, white nectarine balanced with brilliant crisp acidity; with great length , it is lean (but not green). Lots of rich lemon & lime minerality with a subtle grapefruit tang. Vibrant, floral, citrus.
