Medium red in colour with a bright ruby hue. The nose is lifted and perfumed with intense raspberry and cherry fruits with subtle notes reminiscent of a freshly opened bag of lollies. The palate is light and fresh with soft, round medium weight tannins. The flavours are raspberry and cherry fruits with a touch of chocolate.The wine pairs well with hearty roast meat dinners, braised beef or lamb shanks, tomato based pasta dishes or curry.
