• This Provence has good depth of flavour, richness and the finish has harmony and persistence. Bursting with delicate aromas of wild strawberries and delicate spicy notes reminiscent of rose petal. On the palate, the wine shows immediate soft berry-fruit flavours that are immediately appealing. It suits apéritif drinking, but is also a superb accompaniment to grilled seafood, creamy risotto and pasta dishes. A crisp, dry finish with exceptional length rounds off this wine. An outstanding southern French rosé.

  Rose petal aromas backed up with notes of pain d’epices and rosehip cordial.
