A flavoursome dry Riesling with characteristics of lemon barley, lime zest and freshly cut pink lady apples.
Only the finest free run juice was used to craft the Seppeltsfield Eden Valley Riesling. Fermentation took place at 14°C in stainless steel to preserve pristine fruit and perfume. Following fermentation, the wine was promptly bottled to maintain freshness and vibrancy.
