Case: 6 bottles
All of the grapes from this 104 year old vineyard were hand picked in the early hours of the morning. Grapes were then transported to the winery before they were gently pressed. The juice was fermented at relatively cool temperatures for roughly ten days. And the wine spent a minimal time on lees before being bottled in early August.

95 Points - There's a wonderful approach into this - nothing is out of place. Sit back and enjoy the evenness of its palate, the acidity almost softish, the lemongrass and slivers of glace lime, the texture: just the yumminess of it. Great drinking. To 2032.
