The vineyard is located in the heart of Poitou region, in the commune of Marigny-Brizay. The 14-hectare Sauvignon vines grow on the best slopes with great sun exposure. The superb terroir features clay-limestone soil that gives to this sauvignon its unique character. A special care is taken for the ripeness of the grapes. It is a supple and rich wine with plenty of minerality.
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness. A traditional winemaking with gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperature (18°C) in order to preserve the aromatic potential.
