Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Intense black raspberry and liquorice aromas are complimented by earthy leather, dried herb and peppered meat notes.

Medium bodied black cherry and liquorice flavours run into tertiary earth and leather characters with some dried herbs and peppered meats in the background. Sturdy yet balanced tannin structure with earthy leather characters lingering on the aftertaste.
