Returns & Refunds
At Covert, we want you to enjoy the wines you buy from us, simple as that. And, if you don’t like a wine you have purchased from us, that’s cool, you have 100 days to send it back to us for a store credit for the full amount or full refund, whichever you prefer.
We only sell wines that we love and think you will love however, we completely understand that everyone’s tastes differ so please do not hesitate in sending the wines back to us. We want you to enjoy the wines, tell your friends about the wines and to enjoy the whole experience.
On this, (and no pressure whatsoever) we’d love to hear from you as to why you didn’t like the wine because that way, we can (hopefully) point you in the right direction for your next selection.
How do you get it back to us?
Easy. A driver can collect it from your door or you can drop it off at your local Post Office, that simple. When you want to return the wine, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
When will my refund be processed?
As soon as we receive the wine back we will process the refund or store credit.
