A nose with bounce and spark, an abundance of lychee, lime flesh, lemon zest and guava greet the aromatic profile of clove, cumin seed, fennel bulb, thyme and lemongrass. Lively, yet complex; the perfect balance is maintained.

The palate is fragrant with presence, poise, layers and textures. Bursting lime, lemon zest, mandarin and gooseberries provide the direction on the palate. The highlight is the mid-palate texture, creating balance and elegant length. Subtle sweet spices run in thread to the aforementioned, coiled by a line of fine acidity.

This wine pairs well with Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese.
