Midnight black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Spicy red liquorice and plum aromas intermix with clove, smoked meats and peppered earth notes. Rich and savoury but not heavy, succulent red plum and red liquorice fruits are cast across the mid weighted palate with a supple feel.

Infusions of dried clove, vanillin cedar, earth and peppered meat characters lie underneath. Polish tannin structure finishing fresh with a long delicious red fruited aftertaste that’s infused with herbs and spice.

Drink over the next 5-6 years.
