- Philosophy
Hand picked, gently pressed and allowed to settle overnight. The juice is racked to older French oak casks to ferment and mature over 5 months. The lees are stirred intermittently for creaminess and texture.
Wine Style
Dry style, textural, food wine. The Estate Vineyard Pinot Blanc is the classic bone dry traditional French style. Its history has close links to Chardonnay and you can see the same sort of fine mineral traits.
