Deep brick red with a bright ruby hue. Aromas of red fruits mulberry, raspberry, cherry and tomato leaf are warmed by hints of toasty French oak. The palate is medium to full bodied with a generous juicy mouthfeel and is well structured. Flavours of raspberry and cherry freshen the palate whilst smooth tannins continue for a long finish.This wine pairs well with a slow cooked shredded beef pasta ragu.
