In the glass: Fine straw with a green hue. On the nose: Fine white nectarine and fig over sea spray freshness and fine barrel. On the palate: Beautifully balanced with fine fruits showing as fig and nectarine with lovely purity and long, silken persistence. Satiny oak support gives velvet harmony throughout.Chardonnay is going to go well with butter or nutty flavours. When it comes to seafood it will pair well with seafood dishes based on shellfish like crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels. You'll also find that it pairs very well with flaky white fish like halibut.
