The Hungerford Hill Tumbarumba Chardonnay has beautiful fruit characters that really shine through in the wine, showcasing the purity of fruit that Tumbarumba is known for. Peach and melon come through in the aroma and follow through to the palate which is delightfully refreshing. What I love about it is the wine has a really nice creaminess to really round out the wine and give it a lovely texture. It adds complexity and leaves you wanting to go back sip after sip.This wine pairs well with pork, rich fish, vegetarian and poultry dishes.
