A bright aromatic profile of citrus blossom, and stone-fruit, combines with subtle hints of cashew nuts.

Excellent integrity nose to palate in terms of flavour. A generous and textural mid palate is supported by subtly integrated oak and lively acidity.

Pairs well with pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) vegetarian and poultry dishes.
