Grenache (62%), Shiraz (21%), Mataro (15%), Cinsault (2%).
A Southern Rhone style blend that is intended to be unpretentious and an easy to drink, bistro style. The Grenache leads the blend with its pretty red fruits and perfume, with Shiraz and Mataro lending spice and structure. The fruit is all hand-picked and handled gently in the winery, with élevage taking place in old oak.
