Medium brick red with a ruby edge and light ruby hue. The nose is fruit dominated. Raspberry and cherries work with subtle spice and dark chocolate. The mouth feel is jucy, round and soft. Cherry fruit, boiled lollies and raspberry fruits abound. The fruit tannins are delicate and are just enough to coat the mouth. Stalk tannins from whole bunch contact bring structure and balance as the fruit flavours linger and persist.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, pork, poultry and both mature and hard cheeses.
