Medium to light red/purple colour. Spicy aromas suggest some quality oak has been used, dark cherry is there too and a foresty trace. The wine is full in the mouth with body, grip and richness. A solid pinot which has the stuffing to build more character with cellaring. A serious pinot with good potential.Drink with Beef bourguignon, rare roast beef, veal, game and poultry dishes.
