Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon with a hint of green pear. Elegant fruit characteristics integrate with the creamy texture from the French Oak. Each sip is rounded out with a clean and vibrant finish.

This wine is drinking very well as a young wine but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

With beautiful length and finish this chardonnay could be enjoyed with spatchcock quail with bacon and pea salad.
