The Pajzos Esszencia 2013 exhibits a bright sunny colour. The nose shows very complex aromas of honey, caramel, raisin, melted with apricot, Tatin tart and candied grapefruit.
Super-sweet and salivating on the palate, the pineapple, candied quince, acacia honey, come along ginger and thyme flavours. The soft and creamy texture comes ahead an endless finish.
Pairs well with fruit based desserts.
