Rich dark crimson with cherry red hues.

Fresh cherries, spice, chocolate cake, briar and caramel. Vibrant aromas with herbaceous hints, rhubarb, blackberry and some forest floor.

Fresh, juicy acid with red fruits on the mid palate and food fruit sweetness coming through in black cherry and berries. Black currant, mushroom and bramble savouriness, good length completes a well structured wine.

This wine pairs well with chicken, turkey, pork, lamb and game meats.
