Topography Pinot Gris is a single vineyard wine that has been deliberately pushed stylistically further toward the richer, more viscous Alsatian style. It shows a bright acidity that is to be expected of the 2022 vintage.

A little bit of skin contact and time on lees gives this wine a beautiful copper colour, as well as good weight and texture to offset that racy acidity.
