The colour is solid and strong. Aromas of blackcurrant and cassis, swirls of mint, dried oregano, blueberry, and juniper. The palate is luxurious. Plump sweet black fruits are wrapped in velvet tannins. Balanced and poised and ready for a long future.

This wine pairs well with slow cooked beef pot roast, barbequed beef, bolognese and braised lamb shanks.
