A fresh and vibrant red from the legends at Somos! Lovely spice filled gamey nose with red and black fruits. Subtle hints of cured meat with a dried herbal edge. Medium to full bodied with good weight and shape framed by tannin, structured yet fresh and fun.
This wine pairs well with roasted meat & veggie dishes such as Rueben Sandwiches, Chorizo Sausage, Beef Stew, Portobello Mushroom Steak, Fajitas, Roasted Pork, and Pepper Steak.
