Spicy dark to black cherry and red liquorice aromas intermix with inky earth and dried herb notes. Mid weighted with crunchy like acidity providing the dark cherry and red liquorice fruits with an energetic feel. Some earth and spicy dried herb characters are also apparent. Chalky tannins with a slightly grippy and bright yet overall savoury finish.
This wine pairs well with grilled meats, charcuterie or pizza. Equally delicious with grilled mushrooms, chickpea curry or eggplant moussaka.
