Our 2022 Estate Chardonnay has complex aromas of lemon, lime, pear, bees wax and nutty notes. Soft grapefruit freshness balances out the integrated oak. The citrus characters can also be seen on the palate which has great concentration yet maintains an elegance with a terrific line of acid which is in balance with classic chardonnay varietal characters. Gentle texture sits into the fruit profile adding further complexity without losing the line of elegance in this wine.
This wine pairs well with poached salmon, fennel salad with orange and mint.
