Pale straw in appearance with a green hue. The bouquet is of mandarin and lime, with a subtle chalky character in the background. While the Verdejo makes up only 30% of the blend, it is the star of the show, bringing orange citrus aromatics and flavours, plus a gorgeous fruit texture. Fiano supplies zippy acidity with a savoury twist. The wine underwent skin contact during fermentation which has built complexity and structure into the wine.

Try this with Moroccan chicken with preserved lemon, almonds and olives or a grilled vegetable and haloumi burger with chilli yoghurt.
