Co-fermented three varietals, comprising 60% Pinot Blanc, 30% Savagnin and 10% Pinot Gris. Pleasingly, they all reach ripeness at a similar time and so work well together as a true field blend; picked on the same day and fermented as one. Pinot Blanc brings clean aromatics, Savagnin delivers acidity and mid palate weight, while Pinot Gris contributes overt aromatics and a slightly pink hue to the wine.

This wine pairs well with spicy Asian cuisine, shellfish, white fish, simple pasta dishes and chicken.
