Etched with detailed red and blue fruits in delicate tension with savoury graphite minerality – and wafts of roasted pepper and deep earthy spice that are signatures of Miners Ridge.Finely yet firmly structured; powdery tannins slowly dissolving in your mouth, whilst the wildest array of complex flavours is carried by the coolest of acidity.
