Dense black as night heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue.

Pronounced ripe black cherry, dark plum and liquorice scents take form followed by some vanillin cedar, earth and spicy dried herb notes. Rich fleshy dark cherry and plum fruits overlay a liquorice, vanillin earth, spice and fresh Mediterranean herb back drop.

Polished tannin structure with a ripe slightly rustic feel to the medium length finish.

This wine goes well with beef and venison.

Drink over the next 3-4 years.
