Light in body and displaying ample freshness the palate is decorated with dark cherry and rhubarb flavours which sit over a background of winter strawberry, forest floor and spicy dried herbs. Fine grained tannins with an elegant and savoury medium length conclusion.
This wine pairs well with confit duck, blood plums and caramelized onion.
