This wine has a beautiful rich, savoury and dark fruit nose. Cherries and chocolate create a heady perfume, it is fresh and intense. Tannins are fine and powdery and evenly cover the palate which has a lovely balance between richness and the freshness of sour cherries and darker berry fruits.
A perfect pairing for roast lamb, curries, steak and Guinness pie.
