Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Pronounced lime, citrus and orange rind scents leap out of the glass followed by some talc and chalky mineral notes. Mouth watering lime and citrus flavours drive the tense palate which is underscored by crunchy acidity. Chalky talc, wet steel and flinty mineral characters sit on the back half. Finishes dry and steely with some zing to the long aftertaste. Drink over the next 6-8 years.

This wine pairs well with pork, shellfish, poultry, appetizers and snacks and cured meats.
