This Riesling opens with sumptuous aromas of lychee, quince and melon, floral notes of blossom, and savoury notes of wax, flint and spice.

Due to a fermentation at a low temperature, and because of the inclusion of some grapes with botrytis, the wine is rich in flavour and texture, yet the acidity helps maintain the vitality of the wine and ensure that it's not too overpowering.

This wine is a great match with pork, shellfish, spicy food, poultry and cured meats.
