Raspberry and strawberry notes, some light, cashew notes, a sprinkle of cinnamon spice. Has length and texture, good energy & high drinkability on its side. A nice, slightly bitter-pickled cherry character emerges which delights too. Really interesting and good.Enjoy with pork, rich fish, mature and hard cheese, vegetarian, poultry, appetizers and snacks.
