This wine brings together Grenache and Cinsault in a tangy, subtle blend that is packed with ripe strawberry fruits, rhubarb and citrus notes, along with a sense of depth and plushness. Plenty of peppercorn and mint on the finish, with zesty acidity.

This wine pairs well with fish like barramundi, snapper, salmon, anchovies and sardines, as well as richer seafood like crab and lobster, and can definitely handle the spice of Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese cuisine. Fresh salads, vegetarian dumplings, seafood soups and stews, green veggies and Middle Eastern dishes.
