Dry (actually) Rosé direct pressed Grenache & Mourvedre and the Cinsault is left on skins for 12-24 hours. Turkish delight, vanilla, lychee and spice from the Cinsault, Raspberry, red apple skin and strawberry from the Grenache. Mouverdre brings a peach ice tea feeling with a lick of mulberry. Touch of amaro like spice and glazed citrus peel to finish off. CIAO!This Rose is perfect with pork, rich fish, mature and hard cheese, vegetarian, poultry, appetizers and snacks.
