Blackcurrant, gooseberry, lime, slight green been and discreet spicy cedar oak. It’s pure, bright and flinty, with a cool feel, lime and tangy cape gooseberry, subtle herbal character, and a long fresh finish.

This wine pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian and goat cheese.
