Very light pale straw colour with greenish tinge; notes of freshly cut grass, citrus and lemon grass blend with tropical aromas of gooseberries and pineapple. The palate is refreshing and crisp with a lovely acid line. Flavours of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and passionfruit linger long after the wine is swallowed.This wine pairs well with seafood, chicken and green vegetables.
