Black cherry and liquorice aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar, scorched earth and black pepper notes.

Rich juicy dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits overlay a vanillin cedar and peppered dried meat background.

Fine grained tannins. Succulent conclusion with spicy pepper infusions. Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Perfect with red meats cooked over an open flame.
