Elegant red berry, cassis and white pepper aromas mix with integrated raspberry, spice and smoked lardon flavours. Savoury velvet tannins boost the length. The superb 2019 Mon Pe¨re is made from a blend of Tasmanian shiraz grapes from the Upper Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley. Aged in 30% new French oak.This wine pairs well with beef, lamb game and poultry dishes.
