Wonderful wine this, fruity and frivolous but with a keen edge; lots of detail and succulence. There's a mix of pear, melon and peach, with a touch of thyme and honey in there. The texture is slightly creamy, but has plenty of pink grapefruit acidity to keep things fresh.
This wine pairs well with fish and shellfish, especially bass, bream, tilapia, barramundi, snapper. It’s also great with simple pasta preparations, fresh and creamy cheeses, and white meats like chicken and turkey.
