How it works?

Simply select how many bottles you’d like delivered each month, the type of wine you like - Red, White, Rose or Mixed and then leave the rest up to us. Our in-house Sommelier will source interesting, hard to find, quality wines that you won’t see at your local bottle shop and we'll deliver them right to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I pause or skip my subscription? Yes, absolutely. Login in to your account, click 'My Subscriptions', 'Manage Upcoming Orders' then select 'Skip Shipment' if you want to skip just one month or hit 'Pause Future Orders' if you want to take an indefinite break. 
• How do I cancel my subscription? Easy. Login to to your account, click 'My Subscriptions' and select 'Cancel My Subscription'.
• Can I change the product i'd like to receive? Yes, simple. Login to to your account, click 'My Subscriptions', select 'Products in My Subscription' then hit 'Swap Product' and choose your new subscription.
• When will I be charged? On the same date that you signed up i.e. sign up on on the 1st of the month, your card will be charged on the first of every month.
• When will my order be shipped? Orders are dispatched 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed each month.
• Can I exclude specific wines in my subscription? No problemo, just email adam@covertwineco.com with your request i.e. no Sauvy please and we'll make sure the wines are excluded from your cases.
• Can I have more than one subscription? Absolutely, the more the merrier!
• When will I find out what's in my case? You'll find out what glorious vinous treats our Sommelier has selected for you when your case arrives safely at your door. Add a little mystery to your life!
• Will tasting notes be included in my case? No, we are trying to minimise the amount of printed paper we use so all wine information, tasting notes etc will be available on Covertwineco.com for more indepth reading by the time your case arrives.
