Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. The wine is balanced with the creamy texture from maturation in French Oak. Medium length makes this a balanced modern Australian Chardonnay.This wine is drinking very well as a young wine but will continue to improve with 8-15 years further cellaring. Add a six pack to add to your cellar and open one each year to see the development.
Our 2019 Limited Release Chardonnay is the perfect match for grilled Spatchcock with celery leaf salad and a lemon butter sauce. Delicious!
